When your home is the go-to spot for Super Bowl parties, birthday bashes, and just about any other family gathering, you need a kitchen that can handle it all—and then some. For the Woodrose project, our clients asked for a sleek, modern, and updated kitchen that fit their personal style and could keep up with their busy, entertaining lifestyle. And let me tell you—this kitchen does everything.
A Kitchen That Works for a Growing Family
The request was clear: a kitchen that’s both functional and stylish for a family of five, including three growing boys (who, according to the parents, are constantly hungry). So, we incorporated Miele appliances for top-tier performance and a touch sink for effortless, high-tech convenience. And, of course, we couldn’t forget the food warmer—because when you’re feeding a busy family, it’s essential to keep things at the right temperature while you prep for your next big gathering.
Storage and Space Galore
With so many people to feed, the kitchen also needed to be spacious. We went all out with a double fridge and a wine fridge to ensure there’s plenty of room for everything, from snacks to wine for the parents. Whether it's a big dinner or hosting a crowd for game day, there’s no shortage of storage or fridge space here. We were even able to fit six barstools around the island, so there’s plenty of seating for family members to gather.

The Custom Bar: A Favorite Feature
The custom bar area is easily one of the parents’ favorite features in this kitchen. They love a good cocktail, so we added some super cool drink infusions like lavender, ginger, and orange to make their drinks extra fancy—because that's sothem. It’s the perfect spot for winding down after a busy day or entertaining guests in style.
Entertaining Made Easy
Whether they’re hosting a Super Bowl party or a birthday bash, our clients needed a kitchen designed to entertain. The open layout allows for easy flow between cooking, eating, and socializing. And to make it even more family-friendly, we chose durable, family-approved fabrics for the dining chairs. These easy-to-clean, soap-and-water-friendly fabrics (aka "magic fabrics") are perfect for real-life wear and tear—whether it’s spilled drinks or crumbs from a big family meal, cleaning up is a breeze.
